Trailer mounted Lister JP4 WWII Radar Generator

As part of an estate clearance I have a trailer mounted Lister JP4 WWII radar generator.
It has been sat in outdoor storage for several decades, so the exterior is fairly poor shape, but the roof is sound so the interior seems reasonable - see photos. Tyres are flat and brakes/wheels are probably seized.
It is surrounded on 3 sides by ISO containers, so close access to address these issues is poor.
Otherwise, there is full HGV and plant access to pull it out and load up. It is located in East Suffolk.
