This is a WWII RAF issued Swift Training Rifle, series A. The A model is the rarest. Designed to allow instructors to demonstrate holding and aiming of a rifle. It is not a firearm. This particular example is number 624 and is in good working order and can be cocked and dry fired. When doing this the two blades spring forward as they should. The design is similar to that of a P14 (Enfield No 3) rifle. During WWII they were purchased by the Royal Air Force and also saw use with the Home Guard. There is a home made target frame included in the sale (as seen in the pictures) An ideal talking point at any display.

The 5.56 x 45 Short Assault Rifle manufactured for the IDF by Israeli Military Industries (IMI). A superb quality military rifle with milled steel receiver, folding skeleton buttstock, short barrel incorporating flash hider and bayonet lug; black nylon furniture and 35-shot steel magazine. The receiver with Hebrew markings and Israeli Defence Crest and machined base for an optical sight, 3-position rear peep sight and hooded post foresight. Magazine releases and locks back in. Fire selector works from both sides and trigger moves under spring pressure. Very nice condition with overall matt military finish. Comes with deactivation cert & a handful of deactivated rounds. Can post out signed for delivery at cost if required.
