is the trading style of MILWEB Ltd (hereafter refered to as MILWEB) a UK company, No. 05275994, whose registered office is 17 Victoria Road Hythe Kent CT21 6DR.

MILWEB's website (www.milweb.net) and the data contained therein is the intellectual property of MILWEB and may not be copied or reproduced in whole or part without the express written permission of the principles.
MILWEB accepts no liability whatsoever for the content of any 3rd party web sites that can be accessed directly or indirectly from this or any related site.

Advertising Conditions

MILWEB welcomes advertisements for all military vehicles, spares, military surplus items and militaria, plus related businesses services and suppliers.
Whilst MILWEB uses it's reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of all advertisements and information placed on MILWEB, we can accept no liability for the accuracy of information published suitability for purpose or quality of goods / services offered, guarantee of ownership or legality, nor for any consequential loss or damages which may result therefrom.
By submitting an advertisement to MILWEB, the advertiser confirms that it has full title to the goods / services on offer and that, unless clearly stated in writing to MILWEB, they are suitable for purpose, and of the quality stated, and do not breach MILWEB’s “NaziI and Third Reich items and Firearms Policy” detailed below.

MILWEB may at its discretion, request proof of ownership of any vehicle or item advertised on MILWEB and or photographic confirmation of the item's existence and availability.

We will not accept advertisements in anything but the sellers real name or business name.
We will not accept advertisements for vehicles or items that are clearly not of military origin or relevance.
We will not accept advertisements that we believe to be misleading or fraudulent.
We will not accept advertisements that we deem to be inappropriate or have unsuitable content.
We will not accept advertisements that are speculative or for items not available for sale by the advertiser.
We will not accept advertisements containing any defamatory offensive or abusive content - this includes E Mail addresses.


The publication of any information or advertisement  on MILWEB in no way implies endorsement, recommendation or approval of any products, services or businesses by MILWEB.

MILWEB reserves the right to amend, edit or refuse any advertisement without giving any reason and reserves to withdraw any advertisement without prior notice or refund.
MILWEB cannot accept liability for any claims for consequential loss or damages resulting from such action.
MILWEB will accept Classified Advertisements from Private Advertisers and only those Traders who have paid the annual registration fee to be able to advertise on MILWEB.
MILWEB is committed to getting advertisers the best possible results. So, in some categories we may insist on only Picture Adverts in some categories.
We also reserve the right to insist on multiple items included on one picture to be advertised individually.
We run
MILWEB on a full time professional basis and set our definition of Trade Advertiser as:
"Anyone who is regularly buying and selling military vehicles,equipment or miltaria or offering a service, large or small, full or part time, openly or not".
MILWEB reserves the right to charge an annual fee to those Classified Advertisers who fit our Trade Advertiser Definition.
Payment of the renewal invoice annual fee is due within 7 days of the date of the invoice.
MILWEB reserves the right to withdraw or suspend trade advertisments if payment is not made by the due date.
Lapsed dealers re-joining within 5 years will have their subscription period adjusted to take into account any unpaid period during their last contract.

MILWEB
reserves the right to alter, withdraw, modify or suspend trade advertisments if the advertiser's web site is inoperable or the content is inappropriate.

Refunds for advertising fees paid are given in exceptional circimstances, for example when an advert fails to appear for either technical reasons or it is declined by MILWEB.

All commercial advertising placed in MILWEB is paid for by the person, firm or other entity named in the advertising. That person, firm or other entity has sole and complete responsibility for the advertising placed.
Any purchase and/or sale that may take place as a result of advertising published in MILWEB, takes place only by and between the parties involved, to the exclusion of MILWEB.
By the act of purchasing space for advertising, advertisers specifically agree to indemnify the  MILWEB and its owners from any and all legal actions that may arise in reference to merchandise and/or services advertised in this Internet service.
All private classified advertising placed in MILWEB is placed by the individual named in the advertising. That person has sole and complete responsibility for the advertising placed. Any purchase and/or sale that may take place as a result of advertising published in MILWEB, takes place only by and between the parties involved, to the exclusion of MILWEB. By the act of purchasing space for advertising, or taking free advertsing space, advertisers specifically agree to indemnify MILWEB and its owners from any and all legal actions that may arise in reference to merchandise and/or services advertised in this Internet service.

We will use our reasonable endeavors to ensure that all advertisements are entered on the MILWEB site as quickly as reasonably possible diring normal working hours.
Contractual periods (if applicable) will be deemed to run from the date that an advert is activated on MILWEB.

All advertisements received by MILWEB for publication are accepted on the understanding that the advertiser submitting the advertisement has full rights to the content of their proposed advertisement, including appropriate Copyright of material, assignment of Moral Rights etc, necessary for MILWEB to reproduce the same in an advertisement, and these are assigned without charge to MILWEB for the sole purpose of advertising in MILWEB. The advertiser shall be responsible for any breaches of this condition, and shall indemnify MILWEB fully in this respect. MILWEB shall not be responsible for any act, omission or error in connection with any advertisement.

MILWEB is a UK based company and subsequently is operated under the jurisdiction of English Law.

Milweb Privacy Policy

Nazi and Third Reich items and Firearms Policy

MILWEB accepts adverts for de-activated and certain blank firing collectors firearms and weapons -however we reserve the right to refuse,edit or withdraw such adverts without prior notice. The advert MUST state that the weapon is deactivated to the current EU Standard and have a valid certificate.
We may ask the advertiser for proof of the de-activation. MILWEB reserves the right to request copies of such certificates.

We will not accept adverts for explosives or instruments of torture. Nor will we accept adverts for body armour or any items we deem to be inappropriate.
We draw your attention to the sale of Smoke Dischargers. These are licenceable items under UK law and therefore we will not accept adverts for them unless they are de-activated.
Sellers should ensure that they have (if required by local law) the appropriate permits to hold,sell and export such items and that they have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the prospective purchaser is over 18 years old and is legally entitled to purchase such items.

Your attention is drawn to take notice that regulations do vary from county to country and in the USA regulations vary from State to State. You should familiarise yourself with local regulations and we strongly recommend that you contact appropriate government agencies.
MILWEB will accept appropriate adverts for Nazi and Third Reich items with the exception of any with specific racial or idealogical meanings. We will not accept any holocaust related items.

MILWEB regrets that we are unable to enter into any correspondence or to offer any advice or opinions on such matters.
Whilst MILWEB uses its reasonable endeavors to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of all advertisements and information placed on MILWEB, we can accept no liability for the accuracy of information published, suitability for purpose or quality of goods or services offered, guarantee of ownership or legality, nor for any consequential loss or damages which may result therefrom. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to satisfy themselves in all aspects of their purchase, including but not limited to suitability for purpose, quality of goods or services offered, guarantee of ownership including outstanding credit agreements etc, or legality of goods or services, payment or delivery issues, all matters for which MILWEB will not be held responsible.
MILWEB
shall not be a party in any sales between advertisers and their customers.

Blank Firing, Replica and Imitation Weapons - Important Information:

Advertising and selling Blank Firing, Replica and Imitation Firearms is subject to compliance of the
Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006
MILWEB will accept adverts from private and registered advertisers for Blank Firing, Replica and Imitation Firearms, but such items can only be sold to those who can prove compliance with the act and meet its criteria for exemption. These uses include Museums, TV and film productions and the organisation and holding of historical re-enactments and those who are Crown exempt.
Sellers will need to see a purchasers proof of public liability insurance and may also need a membership card of an appropriate group.

 Buying or Selling something overseas? READ THIS!! Export Licences

Buyers and sellers should be aware that the purchase of some items, including de-activated weapons,may be subject to regulation and licensing conditions. The buyer should ensure that he has been granted the appropriate approval to purchase and own such items.

If you are intending to export military items, including some items which are classified as antiques, it is likely that you will require an export licence.
In the UK please contact the Department of Trade and Industry Export Control section on 0207 215 5000 .   In other countries you should contact the appropriate Government Agency.

MILWEB strongly advises you to establish your liability before entering into any financial or contractual arrangement.
